Merlo Properties Group was formed in 2020 to provide Antiguans & Barbudans  with secure commercial buildings for lease to individuals or businesses alike. We are committed to providing persons with high end commercial properties, ranging from secure warehousing to commercial store fronts. 

 

We work with our customers to tailor the properties available for lease to perfectly suit their needs. All of our secure warehouses feature a container loading dock, drive in side building access, full security camera system, solar LED exterior lights, LED interior lights, 220v power connectivity.

The future is bright for Merlo with plans for future residential developments with built units and plots to be available for sale and lease. Development plans are currently being drawn up with a planned start for our first residential development in 2024. A further commercial development is currently in the planning phase awaiting environmental and archeological surveys so that any considerations in design can accommodate potentially sensitive areas of the site.
